The Maria Carrillo High School Puma community is home to impressive individuals who excel in their field and work hard to make a difference. 

Through personal stories and interviews, The Puma Presna’s Puma Profiles offer a closer look at their daily lives, the challenges they’ve faced, and the impact they’ve made. The profiles feature both Maria Carrillo students, like pageant-winner Katie Winkleman and student-athlete Janis Vanags, facility member including Macy Sharif and substitute teacher Scott Jensen, as well as influential community members, such as Dr. Sophie Fletcher and the Santa Rosa Teachers Association President, Kathryn Howell. 

The Puma Prensa hopes that these stories honor their work and remind readers that impressive, noteworthy individuals exist all around us.
